Nader "Ned" Jaouhar

Chef & Proprietor

Born in Senegal then growing up in Paris, France, Ned moved to the States as a teenager.  Ned received his degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Upon graduation, Ned pursued his French roots and went to work for Pascal Oudin at Pascal on Ponce. He later went to work at Le Bistro, St. Regis of Ft. Lauderdale and opened Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Cielo. He was later named Executive Chef of Cielo.  In 2013, Ned was named a Best Chefs America Best Chef of Palm Beach County.


Ned went on to an opening proprietor and Chef of Dixie Tracks Cafe in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.


Kareem Lakchira

Proprietor

Orignally from Morrocco, Kareem has been a integral part of the industry along the East Coast for the past 20 years.  Most recently, he was the Bar Manager at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Cielo.  Kareem was voted Best Mixologist by Sun-Sentinel in 2009.


Kareem went on to be an opening proprietor of Dixie Tracks Cafe in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.


Andy Patton

Proprietor

Andy is native of Northeastern Ohio.  Upon graduation at Pennsylvania Culinary, Andy traveled to South Carolina, the Carribean and upstate New York before settling in South Florida.  Andy started at the Breakers in Palm Beach,  opened Daniel Boulud's Florida staple, Cafe Boulud and was part of opening management team at Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Cielo.  He was later named General Manager of Cielo.  


Most recently, Andy was part of the management team at Stephen Starr's Steak 954 at the W Ft. Lauderdale.
